Our Certified OGI (Optical Gas Imaging) Technicians utilize the FLIR GFX320 infrared camera, meeting both federal and state regulatory specifications. Boasting over 20 years of experience, our technicians excel in identifying specific equipment for precise reporting and effective communication with repair crews.

 

With specialized training in closed vent systems, our technicians possess in-depth knowledge of VRUs, VRTs, VCUs, and low-pressure flares, ensuring optimal operation of emissions control equipment. We excel in troubleshooting facilities and pinpointing the root causes of emissions issues, guaranteeing successful OGI inspections.

Our certified repair crews are well-trained to identify emissions-controlled equipment, proficiently repairing or replacing damaged components like vent valves and thief hatches. Equipped with an inventory of gaskets and weights for various vent valves and thief hatches, they can re-weight or re-spring equipment for oil and gas storage tanks, maintaining the desired pressure within the closed vent system.

 

Using a Manitex A62 bucket truck with its own truck-mounted cascade system, our crews efficiently tackle repairs on equipment that is not easily accessible from the ground, such as storage tank vent valves and stationary flare pilots. The cascade system ensures they can work safely under oxygen when necessary, eliminating the need for rental and delivery fees of a manlift and avoiding reliance on third parties for cascade systems.

 

By utilizing the Manitex A62 bucket truck, we enhance time efficiency, reducing the travel time from location to location compared to using a manlift. This streamlined approach not only saves costs but also expedites the repair process, benefiting our valued clients.
